If you caught the season premiere of ABDC 4 on MTV, then I know you all have probably seen it already. There are two dance crews hailing from our neck of the woods: a hip hop group from the Boogie Down Bronx, and Vogue Evolution. They are the first openly gay dance crew to ever grace the stage. Their only female member, Leyomi, is a transexual. Their flamboyant style of dance called "vogueing" has been around forever in the gay community and its nice to see this style getting some shine. This group is actually good.. it would be interesting to see how far they could go. They better WERRRK!!! lol

NUMBER 10 : I hate it when people see someone they know, but haven't seen in like UMPTEEN years and they proceed to have a conversation of telling who died, who had a baby, who's in jail, who got shot, who they don't talk to anymore, blahze blahze blah... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET!!! First off, move your asses out the way and catch up in a proper place, such as a coffee shop, not in the walkway.

NUMBER 9 : I hate guys who take it upon themselves to treat people to their own show, like turning a crowded train into a damn karaoke bar.... You know, I love rap music too, but i enjoy it within the confines of my ipod... NOT RAPPING ALOUD TO MY OWN REFLECTION in the train door on the 4. And if it ain't a song I smashed my radio for playing too much, it's Mr. Rap Attack's original lyrics. No, my brother... you are not Kanye, 50 or Lil Wayne and if I saw Weezy doing that shit, I'd tell his ass to STFU too...

NUMBER 8 : I hate people who walk around swinging their umbrellas behind them. You know, the umbrella with the 3- inch sharp point at the end of it. It just makes no sense, especially when going up the stairs. Ive got enough to worry about and dodging your umbrella point in an effort NOT TO BECOME A HUMAN SHISH-KABOB.. is just added stress. Couldn't you just get a pocket sized Totes like the rest of us?

NUMBER 7 : I hate when people STARE AT YOU EXTRA HARD. Like burning a hole through your outfit for no apparent reason. Since they are looking so hard at you, you automatically think that somethings wrong... maybe you have something in your teeth, your hair is sticking up, or perhaps there's a little man growing out the side of your neck. The moment you start discreetly evaluating for flaws, the person realizes that their unnecessary staring has been detected and they finally disengage their gaze.

NUMBER 6 : Hesitant people... and too MANY EXCUSES....you know those people who always have an answer to why they couldn't do something, why it wouldn't make a difference, and why this and that never work out.

Even people who an really sing have resorted to it just to get radio play. Whatever happened to good ol' fashioned payola?

Change has finally come and I'm elated to have been a part of this magnificent moment in time. It is no longer YES WE CAN, but YES WE DID, and YES WE WILL.... How proud I am to be an African American, to witness a man of MY skin tone take the oath to lead this country. A country that was built by my ancestors. A capable, devoted, intelligent, qualified individual that will lead America into a brighter future. Whether your African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, etc.. you can be glad that you had a chance to see this. To see that amount of people, all smiling, waving, crying and cheering, was definetly a sight to behold. It was long overdue, but at the right time. Although he was left with a heavy load, I know and hope that Barack Obama will get this nation back on its feet again.... Congrats to the 44th President of the USA. CHANGE HAS COME !!!!!!

I love love LOVE this trend, especially for Spring. Its all about mixing candy-colored, lady-like pieces with the hard edge of heavy metal: leather, studs and chains. Think punk- rock meets your grandma's closet when she was your age. Absolutely Divine! These necklaces are statements by themselves. Layer over a plain tank.

This bustier is cute.. pair it with leather- look leggings and serious shine. The stilettos are great, shiny black with lace AND pearls?? Genius. This frothy pink skirt is to die for, pair with a shrunken boy's blazer and ankle boots.

These shoes are very Gucci-esque ( Recession Diva!!) but they still do the job. Mix with a floral printed cardigan and ribbons. The destroyed jeans are cool, add a pastel-colored button up and gold accessories.

Hot bag!!! You can DYI with a plain clutch and fancy buttons from a craft shop. Get creative... Gonna make my own, and yes.. I'll post pics!
